A Little About Me…
I grew up in Lagos, Nigeria and I immigrated to London, England in 1991. I came to California in 1996 and have resided here since. I have a wife and 2 kids and I am an active member of my local communities. I started out in the business as a Loan Officer; and my loan origination experience is an added value to my clients when making their purchase or selling decisions. I am continually learning and developing myself to better serve the needs of my clients. I am an experienced Bay Area real estate agent, a Certified Distress Sale Expert and have affiliations with several Distress Sale and Asset Management companies.
I am a Licensed Real Estate Broker with over 15 years of experience in Bay Area real estate. I was also a Mortgage Loan Originator for a number of years before I decided to focus on real estate sales and marketing.

We will follow your instructions to the best of our ability. The only exception to this rule is if the instruction is to do something which is illegal.

We will disclose all material facts to you (material fact being defined as anything that could influence your buying or selling decision). Our goal is to help you make the best decision possible and have the maximum ROI. Therefore, our obligation is to you. Anything we learn that could be of benefit to you in a transaction, or in negotiation, we will disclosure this to you.
Again, our obligation as your real estate broker is to keep all your business transaction confidential. Meaning nothing will be released from us without your permission. Our duty of confidentiality lasts forever. It survives beyond the transaction, and can only be relieved by a court order or any appropriate governmental authorities.
As your Agent/Broker, we will be accountable for all documents and funds in the transaction. Accurate record keeping and reporting is a must!
